2025 Client introduction WY

Mikhail Grace - Superintendent - WY Mikhail is originally from Southeast Michigan, graduating from Michigan State University with a Construction Management degree, and eventually moving west in search of mountains and wild places. After spending several years in the commercial and industrial sector he moved to Residential in pursuit of a more personal and meaningful interaction with the client while still being a part of unique and challenging projects. In his free time Mikhail enjoys snowboarding, hunting, rafting, and anything else that keeps him outside. Dave Hutchinson - Superintendent - WY Dave came to Wyoming via Costa Rica and Salt Lake City. An industry professional with more than 30 years in the building trades, Dave is an old hand at building beautiful homes. Dave and his better half are busy shepherding three children through high school and college. When not chasing school sports around the region, Dave and his family spend as much of their time on the water as possible. A Spanish speaker, Dave enjoys motorcycles, bikes and of course boats. Kaeli McClenahan — Assistant Superintendent Kaeli came to Teton Heritage Builders after a year in Senegal where she exercised some of her Civil Engineering and Project Management skills. Bi-lingual, Kaeli navi gates as easily between French and English as she does between civil and vertical construction. Kaeli has several years of construction experience and is noted for prob lem-solving and efficiency in the workplace. When not working with her tools or man aging tasks, Kaeli can be found outside skiing, trail running and rock climbing.
