Andrew Holland – Project Manager - WY Originally from South Carolina, Drew got his first taste of the construction industry while working for a local brick mason in high school. He hauled brick and mortar for three sum mers and gained a great appreciation for hard work and craftsmanship. During college, Drew ventured out west and spent several summers building log cabins and fly fishing in Montana. After graduating from Clemson University with a Construction Management degree, Drew spent two years in Texas and Tennessee building hospitals for a large corpo ration. It was at this time he realized his heart was out west and moved to Jackson in 2009. He began as an intern at Teton Heritage Builders in 2011, and hasn’t looked back since. As he evolved into his current role as Project Manager, Drew enjoys working with the local designers and tradesmen to bring each project to life. Mauricio Alvarado - Superintendent - WY Mo’s 17 years’ experience makes him a valuable asset to THB. From excavation to finish carpentry Mauricio has experience in all phases of home construction. In 2009, he came to THB where he started as a finish carpenter. By 2013 it was clear that his leadership on the jobsite, would work well in the position of superintendent. Mauricio has managed large custom homes, and smaller remodel projects. His friendly demeanor allows for a very enjoyable experience, while his attention for detail, and integrity ensure quality for our clients. When he has free time, you can find him doing one of the may outdoor ac tivities he loves. Snowboarding, snowmobiling, golf, martial arts, paragliding, and water sports are all included in his list of hobbies. Trent Dayton - Superintendent - WY Trent came to THB in 2011 with 23 years experience in the home building industry, five of those years managing projects. From tile work to high end wood trim, Trent is a top-notch craftsman who is skilled in every aspect of home construction. In addition to his excellent project supervision, Trent is always willing to grab his tools and work along side his crew, to ensure quality and schedule are on track. When he isn’t at work Trent loves to golf, hunt, fish, camp, ride dirt bikes, and spend time with his wife and children.

While not at work, Drew spends his time playing guitar, camping, skiing, and exploring new trout streams with his chocolate lab Ruthie.
