T HE C OMPANY Teton Heritage Builders™ was established in 1996 as an innovative full ser vice home builder in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Since then we established ourselves in a niche market through a creative blend of sophisticated con struction management, legacy quality craftsmanship and aggressive scheduling. In 2003 we opened an office in Big Sky expanding our services to include Southwest Montana.

THB consistently provides homeowners with the highest quality construction in the industry. To be the best builder ,we also maintain the value of your home by controlling costs. We do this by combining the over 200 years of construction experience in the working owners with the latest techniques in estimating, scheduling, budgeting and project management. This blend of experience and technology allows our team to focus on you and make a complicated process as easy, fun and cost effective as possible.

Our expertise allows us to offer open book cost plus contract ing. We take time to listen and understand your building ob jectives, budget and schedule. And because we clearly un derstand the objectives we are confident in offering a no surprises contract . We create a safe environ-ment that fosters mutually beneficial relationships for all stake-holders based on respect, honesty and integrity. G IVING B ACK At THB we believe in supporting our local communities. In 2008 we built a Habitat for Humanity home for a deserving Jackson Hole family. We spearheaded the “Builder’s Blitz” by manag ing local volunteers and subcontractors in a one week start-to finish build. We continue to support Habitat for Humanity’s vari ous projects, like the Hall Street Project, through construction consulting, free estimating services and on site volunteer ing. In Bozeman, we give back annually through the Rotary “Fix it Up Festival” each Fall.
