Natalia Ostrovari - Office Manager - WY Natalia was born in Riga, Latvia. She grew up in the Republic of Moldova and attended Free International University, before she relocated to Jackson Hole, Wyoming in 2013. Na talia joined THB bringing with her, several years of customer service experience in the Jackson Hole community. Her attention to detail, a desire to exceed expectations and good sense of humor are well appreciated. Natalia is fluent in three languages English, Romanian and Russian and brings a worldly view to the office culture. She enjoys spend ing her free time hiking, running, rafting, and camping with her husband Kevin. Mikhail Grace - Superintendent - WY Mikhail is originally from Southeast Michigan, graduating from Michigan State University with a Construction Management degree, and eventually moving west in search of mountains and wild places. After spending several years in the commercial and industrial sector he moved to Residential in pursuit of a more personal and meaningful interaction with the client while still being a part of unique and challenging projects. In his free time Mikhail enjoys snowboarding, hunting, rafting, and anything else that keeps him outside. Dave Hutchinson - Superintendent - WY Dave came to Wyoming via Costa Rica and Salt Lake City. An industry professional with more than 30 years in the building trades, Dave is an old hand at building beautiful homes. Dave and his better half are busy shepherding three children through high school and college. When not chasing school sports around the region, Dave and his family spend as much of their time on the water as possible. A Spanish speaker, Dave enjoys motorcycles, bikes and of course boats.

Dan Sutton - Asst. Project Manager - WY

Dan joins Teton Heritage Builders as a recent graduate of Colorado State University. While completing his degree in finance and real estate, he spent his summers working for a cus tom home builder operating throughout Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming. Born in Fort Collins, Dan grew up accustom to recreating in the outdoors thanks to his fathers’ deep appreciation for camping and cycling. Additionally, he enjoys fishing and climbing but above all else is an avid skier.

Burt Mills - Business Development - WY Burt comes to Teton Heritage with a unique perspective – he was a client in his role as Vice President in the Club at Spanish Peaks, Big Sky, MT organization. That experience convinced him that Teton Heritage was the premier builder in the Rocky Mtn. front. He brings 40 plus years of experience living, working, and playing in the mountains. Born in New England he and his family moved west 25 years ago. He and his wife Ann have four children, all homeschooled, two are in college with one to follow. Burt enjoys hiking boots, bicycles and various clubs as a means to recreation.
