Homeowner Access Portal

Teton Heritage Builders ™ utilizes a Project Management, data access, program named PROCORE® to provide Homeowners, Sub - Contractors and Architects with current Project status. PROCORE® is utilized to store all relevant project documents. Some of the types of data stored in PROCORE® include:

· Project Schedule and Updates · Selection and Submittal Logs · Drawing Sets · Owner, Architect, Contractor (OAC) Meeting Minutes · Homesite Progress Photographs · Superintendent Logs

PROCORE® allows for access profiles to be created for each type of user. For instance, the User Profiles allow for Sub - Contractors to access cur rent and relevant information, while barring them from communication files and prime contract information that is not within their need to know. As the Owner, you have access to the entire site including - the current activities, scheduled activities and historical documentation. This infor mation is available to you through a mobile application as well as a tradi tional web browser, so wherever you are, if you have a data connection you can access PROCORE®.
